Description

These crispy golden brown egg rolls are filled with a savory mixture of ground beef, cabbage, carrots, and seasonings, then fried to perfection. They make a delicious appetizer or snack for any occasion.

  • 1012 egg roll wrappers
  • Water (for sealing)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
