For the filling:

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

For the egg rolls:
- 10–12 egg roll wrappers
- Water (for sealing)
- Oil for frying (vegetable or canola oil works best)
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Assemble the Egg Rolls: Place a spoonful of the filling onto an egg roll wrapper. Fold the sides over the filling, then roll tightly. Seal the edge with water.
- Fry the Egg Rolls: Heat oil in a pan and fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels before serving.
