Description

These crispy pan-fried dumplings are a delightful homemade treat filled with a flavorful mixture of ground meat, vegetables, and aromatic seasonings, all wrapped in a crispy dumpling wrapper.

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped vegetables, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Fill the Wrappers: Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold in half, crimping the edges to seal.
  3. Pan-Fry the Dumplings: Heat oil in a pan and add the dumplings in a single layer. Cook until the bottoms are golden brown, then add water and cover to steam until the filling is cooked through. Remove the lid and cook until the bottoms are crispy.
