- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped vegetables, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Fill the Wrappers: Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold in half, crimping the edges to seal.
- Pan-Fry the Dumplings: Heat oil in a pan and add the dumplings in a single layer. Cook until the bottoms are golden brown, then add water and cover to steam until the filling is cooked through. Remove the lid and cook until the bottoms are crispy.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions and serve with dipping sauce.
Notes
- You can customize the filling by adding your favorite ingredients such as shiitake mushrooms, water chestnuts, or bamboo shoots.
- To make the dumplings ahead of time, assemble and freeze them on a baking sheet before transferring to a freezer bag for storage.
