			Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis
 - 1–2 tablespoons of olive oil (or avocado oil for a healthier option)
 - 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika (optional for a little extra flavor)
 - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
 - Grated parmesan (optional for added flavor and crunch)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Slice the zucchinis: Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
 - Season the zucchini: In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
 - Bake the zucchini: Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the chips are crispy and golden brown.
 - Serve: Optional: Sprinkle grated parmesan over the hot zucchini chips before serving. Enjoy!

Notes
- For extra crispiness, use a wire rack on top of the baking sheet to allow air circulation around the zucchini slices.
 - Experiment with different seasoning blends such as cajun seasoning or Italian herbs for varied flavors.
