			Main Ingredients:
- 2 pounds sour cabbage leaves
 - 2 pounds ground pork
 - 1/2 cup rice
 - 1 large onion, chopped or grated
 - 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Additional Ingredients:
- 8 ounces bacon or other smoked meats
 - 4 cups tomato juice
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Cabbage: Cut out the core of the cabbage and carefully separate the leaves. Blanch the leaves in boiling water to soften.
 - Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix ground pork, rice, onion, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
 - Fill and Roll: Place a spoonful of filling onto each cabbage leaf, then roll them up, tucking in the sides.
 - Cook in Crockpot: Layer the rolled cabbage in the crockpot with bacon pieces and pour tomato juice over them. Cook on low for several hours until tender.

- You can customize the filling by adding different herbs or spices.
