- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Sugar Cookie Dough: Cream together butter, oil, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar. Add egg and vanilla, then mix in flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Make the Pecan Pie Filling: Melt butter in a saucepan, then add brown sugar, pecans, vanilla, heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Cook until thickened.
- Assemble the Cookies: Roll out sugar cookie dough, cut into rounds, and add a spoonful of pecan pie filling in the center. Bake until golden.
