Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan.
- Prepare Date Mixture: In a saucepan, combine dates and milk. Cook over low heat until dates soften. Remove from heat and blend until smooth.
- Mix Batter: In a bowl, mix date mixture, oil, and flour until well combined. Pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake: Bake for about 30-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
