- 420g confectioners’ sugar (3 3/4 cups)
- 2 tablespoons whole milk

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare two 9-inch cake pans.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in coffee, mayonnaise, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Bake: Divide the batter evenly between the pans and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Prepare Frosting: Cream butter, cocoa powder, confectioners’ sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
