  • 40g cocoa powder (1/2 cup)
  • 420g confectioners’ sugar (3 3/4 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare two 9-inch cake pans.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in coffee, mayonnaise, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Bake: Divide the batter evenly between the pans and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
