Crescent Roll Dough:
- 2 cans Crescent Roll Dough
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs (chopped, such as parsley, chives)
Spinach-Artichoke Dip:
- 1/3 cup artichoke hearts (chopped)
- 1/3 cup frozen spinach (thawed, drained, and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons onion (finely diced)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pans: Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray a mini-muffin tin and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare crescent dough: Unroll and cut out circles from the crescent roll dough, then place them in the muffin tin.
- Bake: Bake the crescent bites and bunny ears separately until golden brown.
- Fill: Press a well into each baked crescent bite and fill with spinach-artichoke dip.
- Assemble: Insert bunny ears into the dip-filled bites and garnish with herbs.
Notes
- You can use a glass to cut out the crescent dough circles if you don’t have a cookie cutter.
- Leftover dip can be enjoyed with tortilla chips.
