Description

These Easter Bunny Crescent Bites are adorable and delicious appetizers perfect for the holiday season. The creamy spinach-artichoke dip filling pairs perfectly with the flaky crescent roll dough, making them a hit at any gathering.

Crescent Roll Dough:

  • 2 cans Crescent Roll Dough
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (chopped, such as parsley, chives)

Spinach-Artichoke Dip:

  • 1/3 cup artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup frozen spinach (thawed, drained, and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons onion (finely diced)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pans: Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray a mini-muffin tin and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare crescent dough: Unroll and cut out circles from the crescent roll dough, then place them in the muffin tin.
  3. Bake: Bake the crescent bites and bunny ears separately until golden brown.
  4. Fill: Press a well into each baked crescent bite and fill with spinach-artichoke dip.
  5. Assemble: Insert bunny ears into the dip-filled bites and garnish with herbs.

Notes

  • You can use a glass to cut out the crescent dough circles if you don’t have a cookie cutter.
  • Leftover dip can be enjoyed with tortilla chips.
