These Easter Colored Deviled Eggs are a vibrant and festive twist on a classic appetizer. The eggs are dyed in beautiful pastel colors and filled with a creamy and flavorful yolk mixture, perfect for Easter celebrations.

- 1 doz large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1.5 cups warm water for each color food dye
- 3–4 drops food coloring per color
- 4 tsp vinegar
- Optional Garnishes: fresh parsley, paprika, edible flowers
Instructions
- Hard Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with water, boil, simmer, cool in ice-water bath.
- Prep & Color the Egg Whites: Peel eggs, cut in half, soak in color dye bath, dry on paper towels.
- Make the Deviled Egg Filling: Combine yolks with mayo, mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper. Fill egg whites and garnish.
Notes
- You can adjust the amount of food coloring drops to achieve lighter or darker egg colors.
- Feel free to get creative with different garnishes like chopped chives or bacon bits.
