Ingredients

Units Scale

Crust:

  • 14 oz crushed Oreo cookies

Filling:

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 0.25 cup softened unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz thawed whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Toppings:

  • 1 cup pastel candy coated chocolates (such as M&M’s)
  • 0.5 cup mini Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies: Crush all Oreo cookies and set aside 1/2 cup of crumbs for topping. Press the remaining crumbs into a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  2. Prepare filling: Beat softened cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  3. Make pudding mixture: Whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Let rest five minutes, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Assemble dessert: Spread the filling over the crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs, mini Oreos, and pastel candies.
  5. Chill and serve: Cover and refrigerate at least two hours to set.

Notes

  • Chill for at least two hours for best texture.
  • Use finely crushed Oreos for a firm crust.
