Crust:
- 14 oz crushed Oreo cookies
Filling:
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 0.25 cup softened unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 8 oz thawed whipped topping (Cool Whip)
Toppings:
- 1 cup pastel candy coated chocolates (such as M&M’s)
- 0.5 cup mini Oreo cookies for topping
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies: Crush all Oreo cookies and set aside 1/2 cup of crumbs for topping. Press the remaining crumbs into a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- Prepare filling: Beat softened cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Make pudding mixture: Whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Let rest five minutes, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble dessert: Spread the filling over the crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs, mini Oreos, and pastel candies.
- Chill and serve: Cover and refrigerate at least two hours to set.
