For the Gravy:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Saute onions: In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the diced onions until translucent.
  3. Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, Panko, egg yolks, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Add sautéed onions and mix well.
