- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup Panko*
- 2 large egg yolks

For the Gravy:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups beef broth
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Saute onions: In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the diced onions until translucent.
- Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, Panko, egg yolks, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Add sautéed onions and mix well.
- Form patties: Shape the mixture into patties and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Make gravy: In a saucepan, melt butter, add flour, and cook until golden. Gradually whisk in beef broth and simmer until thickened. Stir in sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- Serve: Serve the baked patties with the gravy drizzled on top and garnish with parsley.
