Shrimp Marinade:
- 400 g Large Argentinian Shrimp peeled and dried
- 1/2 Juice from Lemon
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Paprika Powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Main Recipe:
- 3 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- 4 Garlic Cloves minced
- 200 ml Tomato Sauce
- 500 ml Heavy Cream
- Fresh Parsley chopped
- 300 g Linguine Pasta
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Parmesan (optional) grated
- Fresh Basil (optional)
- Seasonings: 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1 teaspoon Red Paprika Powder, 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Powder, 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Instructions
- Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine shrimp with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Cook Pasta: Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sear Shrimp: In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add marinated shrimp and cook until pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- Make Sauce: In the same skillet, add tomato sauce, heavy cream, and seasonings. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Combine: Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley, basil, and parmesan. Enjoy hot!
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less paprika and garlic.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Feel free to add veggies like spinach or cherry tomatoes for extra flavor.
