This Easy Ravioli Sauce Recipe is a creamy and flavorful sauce that pairs perfectly with your favorite ravioli. It’s quick to make and sure to please the whole family!

- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 1 ½ cups half and half
- 10 oz. Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, juices reserved
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 20 oz. refrigerated ravioli
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prep Work: Measure out all ingredients prior to beginning.
- Melt the butter: In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add flour, tomato paste, spices, then gradually add broth and half and half.
- Add remaining ingredients: Stir in cream cheese, tomatoes, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook ravioli: Cook ravioli according to package instructions.
- Combine: Add ravioli to sauce, stir gently to combine. Serve!
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Ravioli may not freeze and reheat as well.
