- 1 Tbsp olive oil

- 1 medium carrot, julienned or coarsely grated
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef in olive oil over medium-high heat.

- Combine Seasonings: Stir in cabbage, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Cook until cabbage is wilted.
