Instructions
- Prepare Semi-Sweet Chocolate Layer: In a saucepan, melt the sweetened condensed milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir in vanilla extract until smooth. Pour into a lined pan.
- Prepare White Chocolate Layer: Repeat the process with white chocolate chips. Spread over the semi-sweet chocolate layer. Sprinkle Christmas sprinkles on top.
