Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub on chicken and cook in oil until done. Slice.
- Make the Broth: Combine broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic. Simmer and add cream.
- Create the Sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic, and add cream. Simmer until thickened.
- Cook the Ramen: Boil noodles, drain, and divide into bowls. Pour broth, top with chicken, sauce, green onions, and chili oil.
