- 1 package Snickerdoodle cookie mix (17.9 oz), cinnamon sugar packet set aside
- 1/2 cup salted butter, room temperature
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 tbsp Fireball cinnamon whisky
Frosting
- 6 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 tbsp salted butter, room temperature
- 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 tbsp Fireball cinnamon whisky
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make Cookie Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine cookie mix, butter, egg, and Fireball whisky. Mix until well combined.
- Form Cookies: Roll dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork.
- Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool completely.
- Make Frosting: In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and Fireball whisky, mixing until creamy.
- Frost Cookies: Spread frosting on cooled cookies and enjoy!
Notes
- For a stronger whisky flavor, add more Fireball to the frosting.
- Store cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
