Description

Fireball Cookies are deliciously spiced treats with a hint of cinnamon whisky flavor. These cookies are perfect for any special occasion or holiday gathering.

Cookies

  • 1 package Snickerdoodle cookie mix (17.9 oz), cinnamon sugar packet set aside
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, room temperature
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp Fireball cinnamon whisky

Frosting

  • 6 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 tbsp salted butter, room temperature
  • 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2 tbsp Fireball cinnamon whisky

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make Cookie Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine cookie mix, butter, egg, and Fireball whisky. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form Cookies: Roll dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork.
  4. Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool completely.
  5. Make Frosting: In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and Fireball whisky, mixing until creamy.
  6. Frost Cookies: Spread frosting on cooled cookies and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a stronger whisky flavor, add more Fireball to the frosting.
