- 1/4 cup milk

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
For the Ranch Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (to adjust consistency)
Instructions
- Prepare the mushrooms: In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Dip mushroom slices in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Fry the mushrooms: Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the coated mushroom slices until golden brown and crispy.
- Make the ranch dressing: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, parsley, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix well.

- You can adjust the seasonings in the flour mixture to suit your taste preferences.
- For a lighter version, you can bake the coated mushrooms in the oven instead of frying them.
