Description

These Garlic Bread Rolls are fluffy, buttery, and packed with garlic flavor. They are perfect as a side dish or a snack for any occasion.

  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3 1/2 cups + 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 cup whole or 2% milk, warmed to 110°F
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1 beaten egg, for brushing the tops

Garlic Butter:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • flaky sea salt, for finishing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Combine butter, garlic, flour, parsley, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm milk and egg. Knead until smooth. Let rise.
  2. Shape the Rolls: Divide dough, shape into rolls, and let rise again.
  3. Bake: Brush with beaten egg, bake until golden brown.
  4. Prepare Garlic Butter: Melt butter, add garlic and parsley. Brush on warm rolls and sprinkle with sea salt.
