Ingredients
– 3 tbsp Flour
– 1 tsp Basil
– 1 tsp Oregano
– 1/2 tsp Salt
– 1/2 tsp Pepper
– 1 tbsp Olive Oil
– 5 tbsp Butter, divided
– 2 lb Chicken Breast, cut in bite sized pieces
– 1 1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix together flour, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
2. Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
3. Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Add chicken pieces and minced garlic, cooking until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
5. Add remaining butter to the skillet and stir until melted and combined with the chicken.

– For a healthier option, you can use olive oil instead of butter for cooking.
