- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 3 tbsp butter, divided
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and halve or quarter the baby potatoes.
- Cook the Steak and Potatoes: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter and olive oil. Add the steak pieces and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Add the potatoes and cook until crispy and tender. Return the steak to the skillet and toss to combine.
