Instructions
- Cook Gnocchi: Boil gnocchi in salted water until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.

 - Prepare Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
 - Combine: Toss cooked gnocchi with the pancetta and sauce until well coated.
 - Serve: Garnish with additional Parmesan and enjoy hot.
