Instructions
- Cook the Noodles:
Boil noodles according to package instructions. Cook al dente and set aside. - Make the Gochujang Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and garlic. Stir until smooth and adjust seasoning to taste. - Combine Noodles and Sauce:
Heat a pan with a bit of sesame or vegetable oil. Add cooked noodles and pour the sauce over them. Toss well to coat. - Garnish and Serve:
