			- 8 sheets of phyllo dough
 - 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
 - 1 cup semolina flour
 - 3 large eggs
 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 2 cups whole milk
 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 - 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
 - Pinch of salt
 - 1/2 cup honey, warmed
 - 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Custard: In a saucepan, whisk together semolina flour, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and let it cool.
 - Assemble the Pie: Brush a sheet of phyllo dough with melted butter, layer another sheet on top, and repeat until you have 4 layers. Pour the custard over the phyllo layers. Cover with 4 more layers of buttered phyllo dough.
 - Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 45 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle warm honey over the top and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

- Make sure to brush each layer of phyllo dough with butter to achieve a crispy and flaky texture.
