- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with half of the honey garlic sauce. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Skewer the Chicken: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.

- Prepare the Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in remaining sauce ingredients. Cook until thickened.
