- 2 slices brioche

- 3 oz grilled chicken, 3/4″ – 1″ thick, sliced
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp Divina Caramelized Onion Jam
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill: Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken: Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then grill until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Assemble the sandwich: Spread Dijon mustard on one slice of brioche, then layer with grilled chicken, mozzarella cheese, and caramelized onion jam. Top with the other slice of brioche.
- Grill the sandwich: Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich and grill until the bread is toasty and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
