Egg Mixture:
- 9 large eggs
 - 1 cup whole milk
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard, optional but recommended
 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
 - Layer the ingredients: Layer the hash brown patties, ham, cheeses, and scallions in the prepared baking dish.
 - Mix the egg mixture: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, mustard, and garlic powder. Pour this mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
 - Bake: Bake the casserole for about 45-50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
 - Serve: Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
