- 2 lbs 80/20 ground beef
- 12 pack Hawaiian rolls
- 11 slices Colby jack cheese or American cheese
- 1 large sweet onion diced
- 24 dill pickles
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked pepper
- Easy Burger Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1.5 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons pickled juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Prepare the rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Assemble the sliders: Layer the cooked ground beef, cheese slices, diced onion, pickles, and Easy Burger Sauce on the bottom half of the rolls. Top with the other half of the rolls.
- Make the butter topping: Melt the butter and brush it over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
- Serve: Cut into individual sliders and enjoy!
