Instructions

  1. Saute Aromatics: In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, carrots, celery, ginger, and turmeric. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add Broth and Herbs: Pour in chicken broth, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Cook Chicken: Add chicken to the pot and simmer until cooked through. Remove chicken, shred, and return to the pot.
  4. Add Couscous and Peas: Stir in pearl couscous and peas. Cook until couscous is tender.
