- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cup fresh chopped spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
