  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cup fresh chopped spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
