Instructions

  2. Add Flour & Spices: Stir in flour and paprika, cook for a minute.
  3. Add Broth & Broccoli: Pour in vegetable broth and add broccoli. Simmer until broccoli is tender.
  4. Add Milk & Cheese: Stir in milk, cheddar cheese, and blended cottage cheese until cheese melts.
  5. Season & Serve: Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
