- 1 can (10.7 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions
- Cook the Beef: Heat the oven and spray a pan. Cook beef, onions, and garlic until browned. Drain and season.
- Layer: Place potatoes in the pan, add beef, pour half of the soup mixture, and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
- Repeat: Repeat the layers and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake, then bake uncovered until golden brown.
- Rest: Let it rest before serving.
