  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Layer the casserole: In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, cooked beef, onion, and garlic.
  4. Add seasoning: Sprinkle Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper over the layers.
  5. Add liquids: Pour beef broth and milk over the casserole.
  6. Cover and bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
