- 3 tablespoons pepitas, or crushed peanuts or cashews
Instructions
- Prepare the Base Mixture: In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
- Add in the Oats: Stir in the rolled oats until evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.
- Final Touch: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and pepitas (or nuts of choice).
- Press and Chill: Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate until firm.
- Cut and Serve: Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
