Caramel

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 240 g Salted Roasted Peanuts

Peanut Nougat

  • 1 Egg White (room temperature)

  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Chocolate Coating

  2. Make Peanut Nougat: Beat egg white until stiff peaks form. In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Cook until mixture reaches 280°F, then slowly pour into egg white while beating. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
  3. Assemble Bars: Layer cooled caramel and peanut nougat in a pan, then chill until set. Cut into bars.
  4. Coat in Chocolate: Melt chocolate and dip bars to coat. Let set before serving.

Notes

  • Be cautious when working with hot sugar mixtures as they can cause burns.
  • Adjust the sweetness by altering the sugar content to your preference.
