  • Main Ingredients:

    • 1 lb. carrots, washed & peeled (or unpeeled)
    • 1 Tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Glaze:

    • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 2 Tbsp honey
    • 1 tsp dried thyme
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • Cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the carrots: In a bowl, toss the carrots with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
