Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Make the marinade: In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
- Marinate the chicken: Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it is well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
