- ¼ cup (½ stick / 57 g) unsalted butter
- ½ cup (170 g) honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Prep Salmon: In a bowl, combine salmon cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Make Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter. Add honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, white wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
- Cook Salmon: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon cubes and cook until browned on all sides. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon and toss to coat.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- You can adjust the amount of garlic and red pepper flakes in the sauce to suit your taste preferences.
