Description

Delicious honey mustard chicken wrap filled with crispy air fryer chicken tenders, fresh vegetables, and a tangy honey mustard sauce, all wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.

  • 1 cup bagged coleslaw mix

  • 2 10 inch whole wheat tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Honey Mustard Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon grainy dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Cook the air fryer chicken tenders, chop the vegetables, and shred the cheddar cheese.
  2. Make the Honey Mustard Sauce: In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, honey, and white vinegar until well combined.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Place a tortilla on a flat surface, layer with coleslaw mix, lettuce, pickles, radishes, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, cooked chicken tenders, and drizzle with honey mustard sauce. Roll up the tortilla tightly.
