			Main Ingredients:
- 3 lb potatoes peeled and halved
 - 2 1/2 cups cabbage coarsely chopped
 - 6 garlic cloves whole
 - 2 chicken bouillon cubes
 
Additional Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
 - 1/4 cup milk
 - 3 tbsp salted butter
 - 1/4 cup sour cream
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Green onions for garnish, optional
 
Instructions
- Boil Potatoes: Boil potatoes and garlic cloves with chicken bouillon cubes until tender.
 - Mix Ingredients: Drain, mash, and mix in cabbage, cream cheese, milk, butter, and sour cream until creamy.
 - Season: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Serve: Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

- You can add cooked bacon or ham for extra flavor.
