Description

These Juicy Middle Eastern Kebabs are a flavorful blend of ground beef and lamb with a mix of aromatic spices like sumac and Aleppo pepper, perfect for grilling or frying.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef/ Kebabs (80 lean / 20 fat)
  • 1 pound Ground Lamb
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion

Spices:

  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon 7 spices
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sumac
  • 1/2 tablespoon Aleppo Pepper
  • 1/4 tablespoon Black Pepper

Additional:

  • 23 teaspoons Salt Or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Finely chop parsley, garlic, and onion.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
