Main Ingredients:
- 1 pound Ground Beef/ Kebabs (80 lean / 20 fat)
- 1 pound Ground Lamb
- 1/2 bunch Parsley
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Yellow Onion
Spices:
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon 7 spices
- 1/2 tablespoon Coriander Powder
- 1 tablespoon Sumac
- 1/2 tablespoon Aleppo Pepper
- 1/4 tablespoon Black Pepper
Additional:
- 2–3 teaspoons Salt Or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Finely chop parsley, garlic, and onion.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Shape the Kebabs: Shape the mixture into kebabs using skewers or by hand.
