- 2 (12 oz) packages savory Hawaiian rolls
- 10–12 slices cheddar cheese, cut into small 2” squares
- 1 lb sliced turkey
- 2 small tomatoes, cut into 1/4” slices
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and cut into 2” pieces
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
For the Sauce:
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons dried onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- pinch cayenne pepper
- pinch white pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
Instructions
- Prepare the Sliders: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Make the Sauce: In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, dijon mustard, dried onion, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper, white pepper, salt, pepper, and pressed garlic.
- Assemble the Sliders: Split the Hawaiian rolls and layer with turkey, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, bacon, and parmesan cheese. Drizzle the sauce over the sliders.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and sliders are golden brown.
