Main Ingredients:

- 2 teaspoons sweetener
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 250 ml boiling water
- 2 cups sparkling water
Instructions
- Steep Lavender: In a heatproof pitcher, steep dried lavender in boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
- Strain and Sweeten: Strain out lavender, add sweetener, and stir until dissolved.
- Add Lemon Juice: Mix in lemon juice.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate until cold, then add sparkling water before serving over ice.
