  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 45 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic (about 4 cloves)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • garnishes like fresh parsley, fresh dill, lemon slices, red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season Chicken: Season chicken thighs with 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Cook Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Cook Green Beans: Add green beans to the skillet, season with remaining salt, and cook until slightly charred.
  4. Make Sauce: In the same skillet, add garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Finish Dish: Stir in butter until melted. Return chicken to the skillet and cook until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve: Garnish with parsley, dill, lemon slices, and red pepper flakes before serving.
