- 150g potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs

For the orange sauce:
- 50ml orange juice
- 20ml lemon juice
- 30ml water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt, butter, brandy (to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the meatballs: Mix minced chicken, grated potatoes, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, parsley, and mint. Shape into balls and fry until golden.
- Make the orange sauce: Combine orange juice, lemon juice, water, cornstarch, salt, butter, and brandy in a saucepan. Cook until thickened.
Notes
- You can substitute minced pork for chicken for a different flavor.
