Lemon Brine:

- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Mozzarella:

To finish:

- 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Prepare the Lemon Brine: Mix olive oil, water, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll out the pizza dough: Stretch out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- Assemble the pizza: Spread the Lemon Brine over the pizza dough, top with mozzarella, and bake until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Finish and serve: Drizzle lemon juice, sprinkle parmesan, parsley, and black pepper on the hot pizza before serving.
Notes
- You can customize this pizza by adding other toppings like grilled chicken or arugula.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the Lemon Brine mixture.
