Main Ingredients:
- 8–10 ounces pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 medium chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Seasonings:
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 5–6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook Pasta and Broccoli: Cook pasta and broccoli in salted water. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Chicken: Season and cook chicken in a pan. Slice or dice and set aside.
- Make Sauce: Saute onion and garlic, then whisk in flour, chicken stock, and milk. Add cream cheese and Parmesan.
- Combine: Add pasta, broccoli, and sauce together. Top with chicken and serve.
