  • 810 ounces pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 medium chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Seasonings:

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 56 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta and Broccoli: Cook pasta and broccoli in salted water. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook Chicken: Season and cook chicken in a pan. Slice or dice and set aside.
  3. Make Sauce: Saute onion and garlic, then whisk in flour, chicken stock, and milk. Add cream cheese and Parmesan.
  4. Combine: Add pasta, broccoli, and sauce together. Top with chicken and serve.
