For the Mango Layer:

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tablespoon cold water

Instructions

  1. Prepare Panna Cotta Base: Combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. Bloom gelatin in cold water, then add to the mixture. Pour into molds and refrigerate to set.
  2. Create Mango Layer: Puree mangoes with sugar and lemon juice. Bloom gelatin and add to the mango mixture. Layer on top of the set panna cotta. Chill until firm.
