Description

Ingredients

Mango Coulis:

  • 400 gr Mango Flesh, fresh or frozen
  • 30 ml Lime Juice
  • 30 gr Caster Sugar

Mango Panna Cotta:

  • 250 ml Full Cream / Whole Milk
  • 250 ml Thickened / Heavy Cream
  • 40 gr Caster Sugar
  • 180 ml Mango Coulis, from the coulis prepared in step one
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Paste, optional
  • 7 gr Gelatine Powder, + 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lime Zest

Instructions

  1. Prepare Mango Coulis: Blend mango flesh, lime juice, and caster sugar until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Make Mango Panna Cotta: Combine milk, cream, sugar, mango coulis, vanilla paste, and lime zest in a saucepan. Sprinkle gelatine over water, let it bloom, then heat until dissolved. Pour into molds and refrigerate until set.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness of the mango coulis and panna cotta according to your preference.
  • For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and cream substitutes.
