For the graham cracker crust:

  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter – melted

For the cream cheese layer:

  • 6 oz. cream cheese light
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup caramel topping – or more

Instructions

  1. Prepare the apples: In a skillet, melt butter, add apples, water, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until apples are soft.
  2. Make the graham cracker crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into jars.
  3. Prepare the cream cheese layer: Beat cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Layer on top of crust.
  4. Assemble the pie: Add apple mixture over cream cheese layer. Drizzle with caramel topping.
